Items ordered at nywow o (nywow-o.com.my) do not support unconditional returns for refunds.

Return & Exchange of Goods

When you receive the goods, *if the package has been opened (must provide photo evidence) or *if the item inside the package is different from the goods you have ordered, expired or damaged, you should take immediate action to contact our Customer Service through WhatsApp (+60102388165) within 24 hours upon receiving, failing which, i.e. if you do not notify us within this time frame, the good is deemed accepted, and we have the right to reject the damage claim that requested by you after this time frame.

Steps for goods return and Exchange:

  1. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item via WhatsApp (+60102388165) to our Customer Service.
  2. You need to return the goods to us within 5 business days and ensure that the goods must be in a new state and the outer packaging is complete, and once the outer packaging of the goods is opened, the equivalent value of the goods has been damaged.
  3. The goods need to be packaged well and returned to us in good condition with the original gift (if any). After receiving the goods, we will exchange them for you after checking that they meet the above return and exchange conditions.
  4. If the goods are damaged for personal reasons, we will not attend to the return or exchange.
